Hi everyone! If you’re wondering why I haven’t been posting as actively for the past 9 days, I’ve been on vacation! But, alas, all vacations must come to an end. I am BACK and can’t tell you how ready I am to plunge into getting my classroom back-to-school ready. (Seriously, I was making lists on the beach in St. Maarten!)
I am heading into my classroom on Monday morning to start organizing and decorating. For today, I want to share some things I’ve pinned over the summer that I will be working on this week!
First up, a bin for clipboards!
This pin is originally from Create, Share, Inspire. You can check it out {here}. I love the idea of having a central location for clipboards, as mine ended up all over the classroom this year. I am hoping to find a BRIGHT bin at the Dollar Tree, and then use my Cricut to cut out the wording.
Second, a complete set of supplies for that new student who is going to come mid-year!
This is one thing that I totally meant to do this year, but then completely slipped my mind. I had a total of 4 new students this year, and each time, I was scrambling around trying to find and/or recreate things. I will never make that mistake again! Read the original post {here}.
Third is Ready Confetti!
I am completely and totally in love with this idea. I think it will be a great thing to include during our kindergarten visitation. If you haven’t heard about Ready Confetti yet, check it out {here}.
I can’t wait to get started on all of these projects, although I am very anxious that I will get it all done in time! Remind me not to go on vacation in late July/August again next year!
